All in stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All items are shipped via Federal Express and require a signature for delivery.
RUSH DELIVERY
For an additional fee, in stock orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time can be shipped via Federal Express Next Day Air to arrive the following business. For orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Time, please add one additional business day.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Unfortunately, ARA KARKAZIAN WATCH & JEWELRY CO. is not able to ship to addresses outside the United States.
RETURN POLICY
ARA KARKAZIAN WATCH & JEWELRY CO. will accept for return an unused item in its original condition accompanied by a receipt returned within 10 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
This Policy does not include Watches, Gift Cards or those items personalized, sized or specially ordered. The sale of these items is final.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit only for items returned within 10 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.
